Return and Cancellation Policy

This Return and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all reservations, purchases, and service agreements made with Eat the Streets, including but not limited to event space rentals, services, and products. By booking an event or purchasing goods or services from Eat the Streets, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Event Space Reservations and Service Cancellations

All cancellations for event space rentals and services (including but not limited to event planning, coordination, equipment rental, or other professional services) are subject to the following terms:

• No Refunds Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable.

• 20% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the total amount paid.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

2. Products and Merchandise

Returns and refunds for products purchased through Eat the Streets (including but not limited to retail items, decorations, or consumables) are subject to the following terms:

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. No returns on final sale or custom items. This policy is subject to Nevada consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Custom orders or specially prepared items.

• Final sale merchandise.

• Services rendered or partially rendered prior to cancellation.

• Any deposits designated as non-refundable at the time of booking.

4. Policy Modifications

Eat the Streets reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, with or without notice. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your reservation or purchase will govern your transaction.
